If you observe closely this might have happened to you a lot of time that when you see someone tensed or being worried in your surrounding you also start feeling the same. This is because it’s human nature, when we see someone being negative we also start emphasizing negative things, out of sympathy perhaps. Let’s get to know about how to stay positive in negative situation.
HOW DO WE DEAL WITH IT?
First of all, you need to understand that there are already a lot of problems in this world. Sad and negative people are almost. This world doesn’t need more negativity and we cannot afford to contribute more negativity to this world, all this world need is happiness and positivity. I am not saying that we shouldn’t be sad at all and stay happy all the time but we should be only sad when it’s something big or it’s something out of our control and we should try to find joy in little things.
THE PROBLEM WITH MOST PEOPLE?
They don’t look up to positive things, what they only notice is negativity.
People almost have everything but they cry for that one particular thing that they don’t have. Why? If God didn’t bless you with that one thing then it might be good for you.
What’s the reason for crying over that one thing?
Why not see it as a positive thing.
What will happen if you are continuously thinking about one problem and being worried about that problem?
WHAT WILL HAPPEN BY DOING ALL THIS?
WILL YOUR PROBLEM SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR BY ITSELF?
If this will happen so I will suggest you just keep worrying about your problem, but if this is not what’s going to happen then STOP THINKING ABOUT THAT PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY!
Why get sad because of our problems? When we can find the solution to that problem. Ask yourself! being sad will ever give you the solution to your problem? Of course no!
On the other hand, if you are happy and no matter what and how many problems you go through in your life you’ll always get a solution to that problem. Because everything is temporary so why not spend our temporary things happy? Problems will come and go in your life but the key point is to STAY HAPPY!
HOW TO STAY HAPPY?
If you see the positive side of your life you will stay happy and as simple as that likewise when you see the negative side of your life, for sure you will always feel sad, worried, tense and what not. You cannot change someone’s mentality, if they think negatively, they will think negatively for the rest of their life.No one can change their mindset. The only person who can change one’s mindset is the person himself.
Just take your responsibility and in actual if you go with your responsibility you will see a big change in your life. You will see that you are being happier than ever before.
Now the question that rise here is that,
You can find happiness if you walk on the right track of your life.

WHAT IS THE RIGHT TRACK?
1. Seeing the positive situation of your life is the right track.
2. Seeing the positive side of your problem is the right track.
3. Seeing someone’s good quality rather than their bad quality is the right track.
4. Seeing your problems as an opportunity is the right track.

Opportunity to become a better person, the opportunity to become a wonderful person, opportunity to become stronger than before.
5. Finding the solution to the problem rather than stressing about it is the right track.
These all are the right tracks and the right ways to deal with life.
